    Hello. I've never colored or chemically treated my hair in any way. My hair is about a shade lighter than black, is wavy, and is in the 0-25% grey range (top layer is barely grey). I've decided to color my hair, but I'm not sure how to start. There are so many different products, it's pretty confusing. Also, I wonder if it's true that your first color job should be done professionally, or can you really just purchase a product and color your own hair successfully. I've gone through the "Find My Shade" process on L'Oreal's website, but I'm still not sure, since it came up with two different systems
