My upper eyelids sag, and I no more use eyeliner. My eyes are ok underneath, but how can i stop the puffiness of my eyelids?

I enjoy watching Today's Show. I would like to know what I could use over the counter products to fix under eye puffiness (June 24th show) I've basically try everything over counter Neutrogena, oil of olay, and loreal products And ice mask. Interested in more information

the first lady (i think her name was brenda) was beautiful............i did not see any flaws on her .........and oh, her smile was out of this world................is she a model...........if so let me know when you will have her b ack on your show...............i am an avid viewer.
